With kids heading off to university, and a couple still at home, the clients decided to convert one of the unused bedrooms that backed onto the dining room into a larger dining room area. This would allow enough space for large family gatherings at the dinner table when everyone was home. A custom harvest table and hits of pink and blue (the client's favourite colors) create a warm and welcoming room. A new kitchenette and rustic wine cellar in the lower walk-out basement create the perfect space for casual entertaining.
